My normal relationship with Inspire Me Thursday involves logging on to check out the weeks challenge, seeing the work others have done in response and if/when I can responding to the challenge myself. It is typically my inspiration, so it was a great honor this past week to feel I was contributing to the inspiration of others when I saw that weeks challenge was glass. Initially I thought this should be easy for me. Just about everything I do involves glass. But nothing seemed right. I had finally decided to let the material stand on its own and as posting some pictures I had taken of bundled and labeled glass rods. I started out just adjusting the color and contrast in Photoshop and the next thing I knew I had gone from here to there. A week of thinking and deliberating solved by 1 hour of action.

i for one want to thank you nichole for providing us with tis window into your world.. and the inspiration to take a little bit of it home with us...
i love what you have done with the photoshop images here... in the "thumbnail view,, it resembles paisley to me,, and i guess i for one do love paisley.......
Your work is so beautiful, and it's very interesting to see the raw materials. It's also fun to see how you manipulated the glass rods in another way, using an entirely different art form! I took a look at your website and your jewelry - such beauty!
I can see why you are a featured artist. Your work is beautiful and I absolutely love what you did with that photograph. I'm to hang it on my wall.
Fun response for the prompt. My mom came and looked at your website-she loves your stuff too!
